How to Read This Tier List

This tier list ranks all Whiteout Survival heroes based on their overall value across multiple game modes including rallies, PvP battles, exploration, and expedition content.

• S-Tier: Must-have heroes. These heroes define the meta and provide game-changing abilities. Prioritize building and investing in these heroes.
• A-Tier: Excellent heroes that form the core of strong teams. Great investment targets, especially when S-tier heroes are not yet available.
• B-Tier: Good heroes that serve specific roles well. Useful for early-to-mid game or as filler in team compositions.
• C-Tier: Basic heroes primarily useful in the early game. Replace these with higher-tier heroes as your account progresses.

Hero Building Priority Tips

• Focus on 5 heroes first: In WOS, you field 5 heroes per march. Build your core team of 5 before spreading resources thin.
• Healer is essential: Philly (Gen 2) or Freya (Gen 10) should be one of your first priority heroes. Without a healer, your teams will underperform significantly.
• Class balance matters: Infantry beats Lancer, Lancer beats Marksman, Marksman beats Infantry. Build a balanced roster to counter different matchups.
• Generation availability: Newer generation heroes are generally stronger, but they may not be available on your server yet. Check your server age to see which heroes you can obtain.
• F2P priorities: Jeronimo (Gen 1), Molly (Gen 1), Philly (Gen 2), and Blanchette (Gen 10) are all obtainable as F2P and remain competitive.
