Welcome to Alliance Hub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Alliance Hub website and services located at alliancehub.gg (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Alliance Hub provides tools for managing gaming alliances, including but not limited to:

• Alliance member management and coordination
• Territory and map planning tools
• Event coordination features (Bear Trap, Foundry, Kill Events, SvS)
• Automatic gift code redemption (for eligible subscription tiers)
• Hero and calculator tools

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Free Tier (Scout): Basic features are available at no cost with limited functionality.

Paid Subscriptions: Premium features require a paid subscription (Commander, Strategist, or Warlord). By subscribing, you agree that:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by law or under our 30-day money-back guarantee

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase by contacting support@alliancehub.gg.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other means to access the Service in an unauthorized manner
• Share your account credentials with others
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload malicious code or content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the Service
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it

6. Gift Code Redemption

The automatic gift code redemption feature is provided as a convenience. By using this feature:

• You authorize us to redeem gift codes on your behalf using the player ID you provide
• You acknowledge that we are not affiliated with Whiteout Survival or its developers
• You understand that gift code availability and validity is controlled by the game publisher
• You accept that we cannot guarantee successful redemption of all codes
• You agree not to hold us liable for any issues related to code redemption

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (such as alliance names, player names, and notes). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not:

• Infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• Violate any person's privacy or publicity rights

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Alliance Hub and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
• The results of using the Service will meet your requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLIANCE HUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption
• Computer damage or system failure
• The cost of substitute services

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alliance Hub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your content submitted to the Service

12. Termination

By You: You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive (including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability).

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Alliance Hub regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
