How do I create an alliance?

After logging in, click "Create Alliance" on your dashboard. Enter your alliance name, tag (3-5 characters), and server number. You'll automatically become the alliance leader with full permissions.
How do I invite members to my alliance?

Go to your Alliance Settings and find the "Invite Members" section. You can generate invite links that members can use to join. You can set expiration times and usage limits for each invite link.
What is Auto Gift Code Redemption?

Available on Strategist and Warlord plans, this feature automatically monitors for new Whiteout Survival gift codes every hour. When a new code is found, it automatically redeems the code for all players in your alliance who have registered their player IDs. You'll never miss a gift code again!
How do I upgrade my subscription?

Go to your Alliance Settings and click "Manage Subscription" or visit the Pricing page. You can upgrade at any time and you'll only be charged the prorated difference for the remaining billing period.

How do I use the Bear Trap Planner?

The Bear Trap Planner helps coordinate your alliance's bear trap attacks. Add players, enter their damage per round, and the planner will calculate optimal attack sequences. You can export plans to Discord for easy sharing with your team.
What's the difference between Strategist and Warlord?

Both include auto gift code redemption. Strategist is for single alliances, while Warlord supports up to 5 alliances (main + farms), includes cross-alliance analytics, and provides dedicated support. Warlord is ideal for leaders managing multiple alliances.
How do I register my player ID for gift codes?

Go to your Profile settings and enter your Whiteout Survival player ID. You can find your player ID in the game by tapping your avatar and looking at the bottom of the profile screen. Once registered, auto-redemption will work for your account.
Is my data secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest. We use AWS Cognito for authentication and never store your password. We only store the minimum data necessary to provide our services, and we never sell your data to third parties.
